Whether you're a new runner, training for a marathon, or recovering from an injury, a quality running assessment can make all the difference. At Phase One Performance, we offer a one-on-one, in-depth Running Assessment designed to help you move better, run more efficiently, and reduce your risk of injury.
What to expect:
Duration: Up to 60 minutes
Initial Consultation: We'll start with a conversation about your running background, current goals, and any history of pain or injury.
Gait Analysis: You'll run on the treadmill while I observe and record your form, providing feedback based on proven clinical standards.
Heart rate test: While you’re on the treadmill we will increase speed and/or incline to find your max heart rate and and VT1 and VT2 HR.
Movement Testing: Depending on your needs, we may include active and passive mobility assessments to identify limitations or imbalances affecting your stride.
